"I had an outstanding experience at Allan Vigil Lincoln, thanks to my sales representative. Even before stepping foot in the dealership, our salesperson worked with me on pricing and ensured everything was aligned with my expectations. When I arrived, he honored the agreed-upon price without any surprises, and the entire transaction was smooth and stress-free. Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle features and never once came across as pushy. I was purchasing a Lincoln for my parents, and he patiently walked me through all the details, taking extra time to make sure I understood everything.
He even gave us space—per our request—to sit and decide between the Aviator and the Nautilus, leaving us alone for an hour to make the best choice. We ultimately went with the Nautilus, which turned out to be the perfect size. Even the finance department, which can sometimes be a bit aggressive with add-ons, was refreshingly professional and respectful. Overall, I highly recommend Allan Vigil Lincoln and especially our salesperson. We're already considering coming back for an Aviator when the timing and price are right!"

"There's no words to express how happy I am with the Allan Vigil Lincoln Service Team. I was having a problem with a weird sound from my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid, it was close to closing but I left a message anyway. They took the time to call after-hours, and said I could come in the next day. I did and they took care of my issue, when they thought it might take longer, they had a loaner available, however eventually before I drove off in the loaner, they said that they found the issue and that my car was ready. Wow, see even though they had a loaner for me they continue to diagnose my car instead of putting it off.
Now that's customer service all around. From start to finish. Thank you. The service advisors for checking on me and keeping me informed and to the technician for getting my car back on the road. You're the Best!"

"Best experience I have ever had at a Lincoln Dealer! Service was unbelievable!!! On our way to Florida from Illinois and got an emergency service required light come on right outside of Atlanta. Luckily, we were close to a Lincoln! We pulled off and called them and they said they could get us right in! Boy am I happy we found them! Our service advisor greeted us and helped us as soon as we walked in! She even let us bring in our dog who was traveling with us! Got the car right in to be looked at while we ate in the adorable restaurant inside the dealer! I am so impressed! They had a kid area, lounges, clean bathrooms! Our service advisor came to find us to give us updates and was amazing! Honestly everyone who worked there was happy, kind, and so helpful!!! Would 100% go out of my way to come here! Thank you to everyone who helped us today! ??"

"My wife and I drove an hour to get to Allan Vigil and we were not disappointed. We already had one bad experience with a Lincoln dealer in Atlanta, so we were looking to be treated better here and they did just that. Our salesperson was very attentive and wanted to ensure we had a great experience. He and the sales manager were only interested in making sure we got a deal we could live with. My wife and I left there with a 2022 Aviator loaded with options at an affordable price. "The pickup and drop off service was perfect. The driver that came to us made my wife feel very comfortable with the process. The car was returned within 5 hours and was cleaned immaculately.
