In this time of uncertainty with the progression of the COVID-19 outbreak, we understand the growing concern amidst our community. Many people are worried about their jobs and income, many are worried about their supplies and preparation efforts, and more importantly there is a vast concern for our loved ones. We are all in unfamiliar territory right now as we are having to adapt to new lifestyles temporarily but we as Americans are resilient and will get through this together. As a locally and family owned business, we want to help support our community as much as we can in such a time of need.

We recognize that buying a vehicle may not be a priority at the moment, but we also understand the importance of having a functional and reliable mode of transportation. Auto-repair facilities are considered essential according to legal orders, so our doors open for our customers; we want to continue serving our community as safely and effectively as we can so we have implemented a few changes to keep your best interest in mind, and to keep you moving even when you aren't behind the wheel. Inside the dealership, we are sanitizing and cleaning public areas more frequently, we have installed hand-sanitizing stations throughout the dealership, and we are disinfecting each car as they come into our dealership and as they leave, as well as between test drives. We have also closed our dining area in the T-Bird cafe and ask that all orders be made to-go. All sales desks and cashiers have a 6-foot buffer taped off to keep the appropriate distance between customers and employees while they are inside the dealership.

With the Shelter-in-Place in effect, people are asked to stay home unless they are traveling for necessary activities. For those customers not able to come to the dealership, we are more than happy to assist you via email, text, video chat, phone call, etc. to get you the information you are seeking. For those customers who live within a 25 mile radius, we have a special pick-up and delivery option. Should you wish to test drive a vehicle, we will bring the vehicle to your home or office so that you can still see and feel the vehicle from your home or your work before making any final decisions. Should you need service work done on a vehicle, we will pick up your vehicle and return it to you upon completion.
